The Retro Improv Jam is a fun, inclusive space for performers 40+ to connect, practice, and grow in the world of improv! Whether you grew up on VHS tapes, dial-up internet, or your favorite mixtapes, this jam is all about having a blast with fellow improvisers in a no-pressure, no-spectator environment.
Hosted by 80s Kids Comedy, Houston’s rad Gen X comedy troupe, this jam welcomes performers of all experience levels—from those just starting out to seasoned veterans. If you're ready to practice, take risks, and connect with others through improv, this is your chance to play! And remember: no spectators—everyone gets in on the fun!
